Ordering Information

As each of our pieces of jewelry is unique, we need to be sure we have it in stock for your order. Please email us the SKU and description from the website, and we will respond with information about inventory and shipping. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. For customers with a previous history with our company, we accept checks.

Shipping Information

Standard delivery for orders is 5-7 business days and is a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping and handling. Faster delivery is available for an additional $5 for 2nd Day Air service, $15 for overnight service and $20 for priority overnight service. If your total is over $1,000, we waive the shipping and handling costs. Please provide a physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. All jewelry will be packaged in a complimentary gift box.

Return Policy

Jewelry may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please email us with the SKU and reason for return before you send it back. Our Returns department processes returns in the order they are received. Return processing may take several days from the time we receive your package in order for them to be fully opened, inspected and processed. From the time our Returns department processes your package, we commit to submitting your refund to your bank within 24 hours. Your refund should appear within one credit card billing cycle.
